Hello Astrologers,
I completed dual Masters in Materials Science and Engineering in Europe in Oct 2008. It was not an easy task to finish this course. I failed in many subjects in this course and had to retake the exams (I never failed in any exams from schooling till bachelors). I studied Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering and also diploma in Mechanical Engineering. After finishing diploma in Mechanical Engineering, I used to work in a company. Then I quitted for changing job, but a road accident made that not possible..... so I started to think abt studying..... I completed Bachelors in India and Masters in Europe.
After completing Masters I have been looking for jobs or pursuing Ph.D...... I was called for interviews in Norway, Germany, Uk. But somehow they were not successful yet. Even until two weeks ago, I have been thinking that I would go to Overseas for doing research(ph.d), but at the last moment I came to know that government changed rules.... and I was not eligible for applying that scholarship. It was possible until last year for a person who has same qualifications of mine. I am very confused at this moment of my life.
here are my questions:
1. When will I get a job?
2. Will I go to Overseas again or I stay in India only?
3. Why do I have so much hurdles in my career, despite of me being a hard worker?
4. Can I go for pursuing ph.d (abroad or in India)?
5. I am thinking of going for lecturer job, is this suitable for me?

I agree with Aseem. It is your sade sati which is causing grave problems, specially because Sa+Ra are in 10th house. Saturn is an enemy to Ma, the Lagna Lord.
Do not worry much, your Ma is in 7th making you a lucky guy. Add to it the Ju+Su+Me in 9th adds to your pleasures of life. About living in Europe etc, I can just say that Sa will come to your support there, it is significator of West & it is aspecting its exalted house in the 12th house. So, you can move out again. I know this is surprizing, but I know ppl with weak saturn flourishing in west! Why? Because it is Saturn's place! Well, that's my opinion.
The delays in your studies, can be explained by Me being mildly combust + retro. But exalted Ju is extremely promising for higher studies. In your D24, you have debilitated Ju in 9th aspecting Me, which again promises higher studies(but with hurdles IMO). Your Mo Mahadasa has started, so if the Mo antardasa is bad, you are gonna flourish after this. With Saturn moving into Libra in Aug 2012, well things will start changing for you with a good pace. Mo & Sun are yogkarakas for your Ma ascendant. They are in Parivartan Yoga here, making a Raj-DharmaKarmadhipati Yog, which should activate during the Mo mahadasa, so you reap their benefits!
Another thing, start changing your habits a bit! Be as sattvik as possible. You are having Sa+Ra in 12th of D9, which is not a good indication. Break it by being spiritual. Try to leave non-veg, smoking, drinking. Sa will bring happiness. Serve your parents, specially your Mom (Sa is master of 4th house also it is sitting with Mo,natural significator of Mother). Believe my words, if you vindicate yourself as a good son, no Rahu, Saturn combination can ever harm you!
Your relations with everyone also improve after the current period gets over. The cause is Saturn+Rahu (I am not quoting things from your pm). This combination tests the native quite a lot & thats what it is doing now. But as mentioned by Aseem, it will mature you to face the difficulties easily.
Things will smoothen for you, just maintain the peace of your mind, I understand that you are loosing that, but you have a good life & I can see that. You will certainly acheive, the dates are coming nearer.

Thank you very much for the detailed analysis.
I treat my parents well. In fact they are very proud of me. But I wish that we had a better understanding. I am mostly quiet, unless there is a necessity to talk with my parents or others.
I am being sattvic. I gave up smoking at the end of july 2009. I have not had meat or alcohol since I came back home(end of jan 10). I was tempted to smoke many times. But I strictly gave up on that.
You have said that Mars in 7th house makes me lucky guy. But I have struggled much so far.
I try to go to temple(s) whenever possible. I goto Hanuman temple atleast once in two days. Should I have to practice any special prayers? In the other thread I have read that reciting hanuman chalisa would help. should also do that?
when would I get married?

I am in agreement with Astroboy that Sa is bad for you for the time being. I am glad that your parents are happy with you. Their blessings are the best remedies for you.
Try to interact more with your parents. Actually this Sa+Ra in 10th & its aspect on the 4th is ruining anything good between you and your parents. As indicated by astroboy, this will bring dissatisfaction at workplace too.
The main reason for struggle in your life is Sa+Ra again. I said that this combination tests the native to full, you must be happy that you have Mars as your lagna lord. Mars has given you the energy & will to break this combination. Believe my words, this will happen. Mars is aspecting own house, conferring its energy to you! That makes you lucky. Besides this Mars is your Atmakaraka. Its good that you worship Hanumanji. IMO he is your Ishtadeva. Chant the Sundarkand before him in some temple. If you can then do it continuously for some good number of times (days). Make it a habit. Atleast you can do it on Tuesdays & Saturdays. You will feel better. This can actually help you to break the Sa+Ra combination.
Initially, Sa+Ra will not let you do it. It will deter your mind, but be strong (Mars guy), use the hath yoga, you will do it & slowly it will ease your mind.

My favorite god is Lord Krishna, But I also like Hanuman. Though I was named after one of Lord shiva´s devotees.
