Thank you for your answer. But I have faced no restriction almost in my education and was the topper during college studies. Even professionwise, there were problems but there was no problem with respect to promotions in the venus and sun dasa. Anyway other things as u said got delayed(personal mostly).

The karakamsa has a benefic planet venus that is good. The atmakaraka though debilitated gets cancellation too. The 12th from karakamsa is again a benefic which means that you may reach higher states of existence after this birth. The moon in the 7th from karakamsa says that your spouse should be pleasant looking. Planets in the 4th to karakamsa talk about your house and 10th to karakamsa about your profession.

I read an article of shree sanjay rath ji about atmakaraka. following some lines.
If there is a replacement of atmakaraka by the amatyakaraka then a karmayogi is born who shall place his karma above his own self and shall achive stupendous results by this self (atmakaraka) sacrifice.
How replacement of Atmakaraka By Amatyakaraka effect me in profession ? what is the result of debilitated Atmakaraka Venus ?

Atmakaraka Venus & AmK, DK, PK Jupiter togathere in Navmansh chart, Bhatrukaraka Rahu is 7th house in karakamsha, Debilitated moon is 4th in karakamsha. What all these indicates ?
is parivertana of mars & moon in navmansh chart cancels debilitation ?

It does not cancel the debilitation but reduces it. Neecha Bhanga means impediment to debilitation and not complete cancellation of debility.

My atmakaraka Mercury is situated in lagna (Cancer) with Sat,Ven & Sun.
What is the significance of such placement ?
Also in Navamsa their are 3 planets in 12th from atmakaraka (Ven,Jup,Rah) and 3 in 8th (Sat,Mar,Mon).
Is such a placement not good for the native ?
Birth details : 30/07/1976, 5:57 AM at Varanasi (UP).

Though you want to be more oriented towards spirituality you say that this materialistic life is pulling you down. Try praying to the deity corresponding to the planet in the 12th house in your vimsamsa.
If there are no planets in the 12th then pray to the deity corresponding to the lord of the 12th house.
If there are more than 1 planet then pray to the deity corresponding to the strongest planet of the lot.

Regarding your brother. Venus by ownership is not a good planet in the chart in both rasi and navamsa.
He is aspected by debilitated saturn in rasi and afflicted by the nodes in the navamsa. This is a tough situation. I shall suggest a remedy for this.
Try to perform a mahalakshmi homa in your house with 108 full bloom red lotus and on the same evening feed as many cows as possible with jackfruit slices soaked in honey.
somehow ask your brother to smear that ash on a daily basis atleast for a couple of months. There will certainly be relief.You can do the remedy but it is he who has to shell oout the complete expenses and pray forgivenness to goddess lakshmi.
The middle 2 1/2 years of sadesati looks to be of some concern as saturn is going to transit both debilitated natal moon and his dire enemy mars.

The above statement did not work for me, I also have debilitated moon also in kemadruma yoga that too, both lagna and moon being same.
In fact, I was doing my PhD then, and two sons were born to my sister and everything was OK except for normal small problems here and there.
Your comments please. Anyway almost no astrologer is exactly able to tell exactly about my horoscope because it is complex, even when it comes to which planet is strongest, which is weakest, I have heard atleast 100 versions if not more.

That was because your saturn is in own house and also your lagna lord and moon sign lord, that is mars was exalted. If saturn transits a house whose sign depositor is exalted and at the same time the AV dots are not very less then saturn doesnot do much harm to the native moreso if he is in his own house or exalted in rasi.
