i have two daughters both are married I do not have a son
I do not have anybody to whom i can handover the business
I will have to sell the business most of my employees left in the last one year
since may 2009 lot of transformation in life, my father passed away on april 1st 2009, my wife had a surgery in june2009, my first daughter had serious medical problem in october 2009 . My mother 80 years in not well now
none of my family members interested in the business i run.
will I find a buyer so that i Can sell the business?. do you forsee any chance of my selling and retireing?. Now i really feel tired
any vedic remedies so that i can dispose off the business

I've read your chart. Dear Srikant, I beg to differ from you with regard to JU. In my opinion the best planets for tech.29 is MA and JU. MA as the 3rd lord neech in 6th in cancer for aquarius lagna is a dhanyoga. In Navamsa MA as the 2nd/9th lord in 9th is again a great dhanyoga. Again in Dasamsa it is in lagna as a yogkaraka in a friendly sign. So definitely in accordance to your opinion MA is the best planet for him.

Now coming to JU it is 11th/2nd lord in 2nd, again a great dhanyoga wrt to business. In Navamsa it is lagna lord in mooltrikona in 10th. In Dasamsa also it is in 10th though as 8th lord but is also the 5th lord. Therefore in my opinion JU is the best planet for him after MA.

RA though is own sign in aquarius but in lagna RA does not give very good effects. It definitely gives the fighting courage and victory over opponents, but otherwise it is not very good. Worse the lagnesh SA is in 8th and in Navamsa and Dasamsa it is afflicted by RA. Though in 8th SA would long life to the native but for other purposes it is bad.

So my prediction, dear technocrat29, is that the period of MA( 1984-1991) must have been the best for you. And in this MA period the sub-period of JU would have brought considerable wealth(Jan. '86- Jaan. '87). After that RA's period (1991-2009) would have been full of struggles/courage in your business fighting against your opponents. But still the period of JU( April '94- Sept. '96) would have brought considerable wealth for you. If we go even earlier the Ju period( July '77- Nov. '78) would also have been good.

The present cause for your distress is your Sade-Sati. You've already completed 5 yrs of Sade-Sati with 2.5 yrs remaining from Sept. 2009. Your Moon is in Leo, therefore the last 2.5 yrs of Sade-Sati when SA was transiting over leo must have been extremely distressing. The simultaneous running of MA sub-period really saved you from total disaster but as soon as MA period ended in 2009, the Sade-Sati took it's toll by closing down your business. From Sept. '09 SA is transiting Virgo over natal SA. If SA as lagnesh had been well placed then this period of Sade-Sati would have been good for you but your SA is badly placed so this 2.5 yrs from Sept. 2009- March 2012, would also be not very benefecial to you. Yet however after 20th Dec. 2009 JU would transit into Aquarius from where it would aspect the 8th house where SA is transiting now. Maybe some relief could be provided but for major improvement in your financial well being/business you 've to wait for the end of Sade-Sati. Except for the period of Sade-Sati the present period of JU mahadasha from 2009-2025 would be very good for you.

Assuming the timing of the bad turn of events to Ju MD, one reason could be that Ju is in nakshtra of Me the 8th lord (also 5th lord) in 7th long with 6th lord Mo. Su the lord of 7th is severely afflicted since he has lost to Mo in Graha Yuddha. Ve the yogakaraka for Kumbha is combust. This also explains trouble that his wife and mother are facing.

But still, in the normal course due to dasha chiddra some of these bad turn should have commenced much earlier.

Thanks for the reading.you are right, 1984-1991 was the best period especially 1986-87 was wonderful time.1991-2009 was full of struggles but still rewarding.july 77-78 was not much benifit except big rise in salary
my business started in1985jan.
your prediction that all problems started during sade sati is correct.since may 2009 all sorts of problems have started.
My problem is how to hold on to my last batch of technicians and a huge lot of machinery ,pay huge rental every month salary bills phone bills etc.
closing down means selling all furniture ,machinery as scrap and process will take long time to windup.
is there any remedy to overcome the situation.Do you still feel Jup lord of 2nd &11th house will not let me down completely.
also ifI were to sell my business will I find buyer &when ?

Thank you for your feedback. By good times I essentially meant financially good. So you can see for your self that as I had analysed JU period is the best period for you, and this is the best ongoing period for you and imagine it would last till 2024. So JUST DON'T LOSE HOPE!! DO ANYTHING TO BEAR AND PASS THE SADE-SATI AND THERE WILL BE LIGHT AFTER THE PRESENT DARKNESS!! You have a long life and you will really enjoy the prosperity that would ensue after the end of Sade-Sati.

Here are my thoughts.
1. Mars dasha was good for you - see it three ways. Mars is in nakshatra of lagna lord and 12th lord. You took loans and invested your time and money to build your enterprise. Mars is a bad planet for Kumbha lagna. Also note it is in bad house and in nakshatra of 12th lord. So this gives loss to your opponents (getting business deals to you and loss to your opponents). Third reason is that Mars is aspected by Ju -a planet that can give riches to Kumbha lagna people but also health problems.
2. Rahu dasha - lot of struggle. For people who see D10, it is placed in 12th house of D10 a house of loss and struggles. But if your business survived then it is possible that your time of birth is off by few minutes. Jumping to D10 and analyzing charts blindly is wrong. A strong rahu in kumbha gives results of Saturn -1,12 and 8th. Self efforts and investments etc. Rahu dasa was not easy. Mars afflicts Rahu giving its share of problems.
3. Next see Jupiter dasa that started June 20 2009 using KP ayanamsa that is better than Lahiri ayanamsa (for timing events). Lahiri gives correct divisional charts for some reason, where as KP ayanamsa gives correct dates (my research). Jupiter is not involved in any dhana yoga. Saturn is aspected your Jupiter giving you the need to control expenses. Your purse will become tight. Business will slow down. Nov 2009 - Saturn will aspect Jupiter exactly and your business will suffer or slow down. So be careful. Jupiter in nakshatra of Revati will trouble your enterprise (factory) and watch your health, as Me is in 7th house. Jupiter has already given many results.

4. Do not blindly believe any astrologer. Most astrologer who write here are learning astrology and have no idea how to analyze a chart. One can write 50 lines giving some garbage explanation of past and future guidance. If you are serious you should see a good professional astrologer's help.
5. Gems do not work (my opinion). It is mainly to satisfy someone's mind curiosity. Also these gems and diamonds are expensive. Instead do some community service or go to Dharmasthala and help some body in need.

Thanks for elaborate reading I donot have any fancy to continue in business at this point of time . But the major problem having no successor ,a huge lot of machinery ,handful of workers, unable to get staff and workmen even after advertisements,lot of expenses on salary and rental causing anxiety.

The problems have increased. No relief is seen.I have engaged services of a an Auditor to dispose off the business.one person has shown some interest in buying the business. But not yet discussed/met/visited me.
My query is will I be able to sell and realise some money in august/sep 2010.
I feel disappointed. will jupiters transit to AQu will help?

There is no change in the Business Front.Things remained the same or become worse.MY landlord forced me to vacate the office which I was occupying since year 2000 almost forcibly on 12.11.2010 without any notice.however I made some alternative arrangements thru a friend.No orders, no work, no income.Do you see any change in the near future or a total writeoff.almost all employees left leaving 5 last batch employees.
What do I do? I dont get a buyer for my business I dont get orders. Is it my destiny which is beyond repairs?
Do you see any signs of recovery in the months to come?
