He has malefic Sun placed in the lagna which has weakened his lagna, 7th lord Mercury is debilitated and combust of the Sun.
Current sub period of Jupiter is helpful for gains through profession. Maha dasha lord Saturn rules expenses and losses which has not heplful
for saving. But he should have opportunities to invest in land.
August can bring some positive developments in profession. Middle of next year onwards there will be further increase in profession
