For once the Culprit here is not Lord Shani,
I hate blaming him for everything. Yes he is 7th lord and the 7th is aspected by the Ravi which is bad considering that he is aspecting his bitter enemies sign, but Lord Shani is placed in his exalted friends house. So now we need to find a new whipping boy and pin the blame on the next best 1st rate Malefic. And who do we find lurking in the corner? It's the Annihilator of Marriages, the fiery Kuja himself. I bow down at this powerful man's capacity to do things. Kuja aspects the 7th house destroying it completely. there are opinions amongst's astrologers that Kuja in Cancer can do no harm because he lacks the power to do so. I want to open a healthy debate here, if Kuja has no power then how does the Shad bala show his power at 166pct ? he is the most powerful planet in the horoscope and that is the problem. Kuja is at his agitated best in Cancer. This is the only Planet who does not mind burning his own house down just to have his way. what do you think is going to happen when he aspects his natural enemies sign from the 12th house? Kuja's brother in arms is Rahu another planet who does not need introduction, the less said about him the better 
the double whammy for her is that she is going through Kuja dasha which is like adding fuel to the fire.
Please ask her to forget the past and start praying to Kuja with a sincere heart. She should recite the Mangal Kavach Stotra everyday or at least spend time listening to it and mentally reciting it. she has started the dasha at the most inopportune time with Kuja being in debilitation. Only Kuja can set things right for her. I am not going to speculate when she can get married because unless Kuja is placated it's better that she remain the way she is now. The dasha is the right dasha for marriage,(Kuja in the 12th aspecting the 7th/in the 7th lords Nakshatra) but unless Kuja is pleased the quality of that marriage is in question.
Chandra Dasha should have given her marriage. Why has he failed? the answer lies in the placement of Kuja in the 8th house. Every proposal or relationship which should have converted into a "Mangalsutra" has been broken by Kuja being in the 8th.(8th is the house of Mangalya) this inspite of the 7th lord being exalted from chandra lagna. This is the power of Kuja. PLease get her to pray to him and everything will be fine.
