Moon dasa is in progress. It is the cuspal lord for the 4th, 8th and 12th bhavas. It is also the ruler of the 10th bhava and occupies the 10 bhava too. Thus all these bhavas will be primarily active.
Secondary activation of Sun occurs because he is in the house of Moon. Ketu also active because he is the nakshatra lord of Moon. Both Sun and Ketu associate with the roga bhava (Sun is in rogamsa in Navamsa and Ketu is in the roga bhava. Rahu is also in the nakshatra of Moon and is thus active.

Current antardasa lord is Mars whose nakshatra lord is Rahu. The next antardasa lord is also Rahu whose nakshatra lord is again Moon.

As such, you need to be careful about your health till the 3rd quarter of 2027 when Rahu antardasa ends. There may be brief periods of good health in between but generally care would be needed.
