I am a 22 year old person who has just got into astrology as a curiosity which was there I had for planets in astronomy and every time I study astrology I fell into love with it.
I have one query that my birth details are:
Gender : Male
D O B : 12/04/2003
Place : Una, Himacahal Pradesh
Time : 1:27 P.M. IST or 1:28 P.M. IST
I am cancer ascendant with moon jupiter conjuct in 1st house, mercury in 10th , sun in 9th , venus in 8th , mars in 7th, ketu in 5th , rahu in 11th and saturn in 12th respectively
The thing is within 30 seconds my navmansha is getting changed, if i take 1:27 its Dhanu Rashi Navmansh with jupiter in 12th house however if I take 1:28 P.M. Its capricon ( Makar ) rashi navmansh with mars in it and saturn in 11th house
Things I have not been that good for me both career wise and financially as I am not able to grow my business properly despite putting heavy efforts to the fact that My personal drawing from business has bottled down to INR 20k per month with equivalent ratio of my partner's. I am trying to do so my things to achieve the finances but am failing so looking for answer in astrology though the time is of nuisance ; the overall life has also took a turn in terms of friends, health , mental health, diseases and it started around oct 2021
So, I don't want my career to be vanished and tarnished in this crucial time, that's why I wanted to take help of astrology so if there's any one who can help me out with my exact time so that I can see my dashmansa and all

Well my drawing and painting sketching is not something which I have ever done or I am good at it but I love art as a whole as if I am fascinated by it and yes I do write Shayaris and Poems like recently in past few months I have started doing it more regularly, I kind of enjoy it
