KP system 10th house significators

Hi,
I have a query on kp system for learned astrologers. It is regarding significators of the tenth house. (DOB 2-JAN-75, TIME: 1512, PLACE: Mumbai)
My tenth cusp sublord is mars. He is a significator of 2,3,7,8,9, and 12 houses.
He is also a sublord of 4th cusp.
I am currently running the major period of mars and subperiod of mercury.
Mercury is the sublord of 1,5,6,7, and 11 houses.
Mercury is the significator of 1,2,3,6,8, and 9 houses.
My question is that based on the tenth cusp sublord how will my career be in his period? Will the entire period be bad or mixed?
