I've spent all of my life in my birth town so far, I still live with my parents because of finances and I feel like nothing's working out for me (education, career, finances, health, love life, social life). These days I'm thinking more and more about going to foreign lands.
1. Would I have better luck if I settled in foreign lands? Do I have combinations for foreign settlement?
2. Do you see when this relocation could happen?

Your chart shows all the planets stuck between Rahu and Ketu forming a Kalasarpa dosha. You are also under the dasa of Rahu till December 2027.
Going abroad will not solve your problem. Perform a Kalasarpa dosha nivarana puja if facilities are available at your place. If not chant "Om Rahave Namaha" and "Om Ketuve Namaha" daily for at least 108 times. Donate some lead item (a small statue or if not possible some lead pencils) to some needy person for relief from Rahu's troubles. A bronze statue or multicoloured cloth can be donated likewise for Ketu.

I haven't travelled a lot throughout my life. I'm still living in the same city/home that I was born in.
All foreign travels (across the border) in my life:
2-3 times short 1 day trips to countries close to Poland in elementary school but I don't remember the years
around 2009 2week trip to Italy (my longest foreign trip so far)
2023 autumn two weekend trips to foreign countries within Europe
