Hello. I have been married since 2021 and I have had many difficulties in experiencing a healthy sexual life. My husband and I have had many problems related to this. I'm inclined to think you guys have anger/temper issues and seem to have made a habit of having arguments and cat fights in the bedroom. Inherent weakness of mind or mental weakness is not helping your cause either.
Lastly, it might not be bad idea for you guys to consider get a through medical examination done to check if there are any underlying health conditions.

Im not an astrologer but ive dabbled a lot into sex drive in relation to astrology. You have purvaphalguni rising, ardra moon and dhanista sun. All of which are highly sexual. Esp purva phalguni. Also venus directly opposite the moon, hence you greatly desire sensuality.
Your husband has anuradha, punarvasu, and swati. I'm not too sure about anuradha but from what I've heard, punarvasu and swati men are timid in nature.
