Very broadly looking at your chart you have Saturn and Moon together in your Navamsa chart this delays marriage. To about 34/35 years of age.Marriage seems hopefully in 2030.

Natural birth, not premature. I have one sibling (older sister, not a twin).
I heard I suffered from jaundice and had blood transfusion after birth.
