i been having Multiple sclerosis since 2023
with no issues luckily,
i wonder what my chart says to be healthy during the
illness, any advice that i am not aware of?
someone on twitter advice me to control my emotion as it related to the
illness.as my moon AmK
is it true ? what else?

Mercury is the planet to be blamed in this case. The 6th house of your main chart is ruled by Mercury. Mercury is afflicted by both Mars and Saturn (generally associated as karakas for the 6th house). The 6th house or its lord is afflicted in connected charts like Drekkana and Trimsamsa.
Mercury is itself in the nakshatra of Rahu which is in its debilitation house and also is the lord of the nakshatra representing the 6th house viz. Aridra.
The 6th house also refers to the mid/lower mid portion of the spinal cord too. This part may be mostly afflicted.
You started the Mercury dasa from July 2023. The colour associated with Mercury is green. So, if you are wearing any green stone, you can remove it. This may help.

i love green, most of my favorite clothes are
maybe that's what helped me,
i will start adding green stones,

Lagna lord Saturn/Shani-dev is placed very close to Mrityu Bhaga and within the fatal Trimsamsa degrees, indicating weakness. He is right there in the mix and to me, it is an indication of the issue to be chronic in nature. Naisargika Aarogya-Karaka or natural signifier of health Sun/Ravi being the 8th lord and having below par Vimsopaka Bala is another sign of weakness. Thereafter, Mercury/Budha's Nakshatra depositor Rahu having below par Vimsopaka Bala is not a good sign either.
On the sidelines, Mars/Kuja is a nasty Badha-Karaka for the birth-chart. His association with Mercury/Budha, the 6th lord of Roga-Sthana by way of conjunction is an indication of you being susceptible and prone to Evil-Eye.
Given the situation, it would make sense for you to consider offering prayers (on a daily basis) as per your religious faith and seeking God's Grace would help.

and you right about the evil eye as we believe in it in our religion
it effected me many times .

wont help whatsoever to be healthy as i want?
i am taking medicine so far for it but the doctor said i cant assure you it help because there’s no cure right now.
so i am just here praying to god and searching within astrology to see what to help more.

Further, he is Vakra or Retrograde and placed in his opponent's house effecting Rashi Parivarthana with Yogakaraka Venus/Shukra, placed in his Uccha-Sthana or sign of exaltation... more so in the Lunar Constellation of Revathi Nakshatra, ruled by Mercury/Budha and hence active. my medical fees are paid by the government
as for the meds itself i had to be hospitalize for it
that makes sense now.
thank you for the advice
i myself wanna take alternate treatment with the one they give me in hospital
just to feel safe during the dasha,
its long and i am still in the beginning
and i feel it could help
as i read once mercury nakahata support the idea too
