It can happen during 2nd half of 2027 or in 2028.

7L Jupiter in 12H and shadashtaka with karaka.
UL has debilitated Rahu and UL2H Sa.

He does want to be independent! Marriage is about having mutual dependency.
Even if he gets married, you cannot change what he thinks about the marriage.
Why would you want to get him married?
I would recommend diamond if you absolutely want him to get married. In that case, he may get married only for the sake of having children.
