I am trying to change my job since last one year but nothing is working. I got this job after being jobless for 3 years (from 18th Jan 2018 to Dec 2020) and am stuck here since Jan 2021 with no professional and personal growth. The current job profile has no further scope for growth. I am a Post Graduate in Finance and work in an Investment Bank.
When will I be able to change my job, please answer.
