Not able to get job after pregnancy break

My wife is struggling to get a job offer after 3 and half years of pregnancy break.
She is stuggling to get calls or difficulty in converting leads into offer. Apprecite your analysis about her career and how her fuure about job.

This time she is struggling and I can not watch her quite and low. I want her back on her feet and active. This is also impacting our lives and energy is bit low. Thank you for your kind words. She is been actively pursuing opportunities and is planning to take certifications to boost her career. She faced challenges, particularly with the Rahu-Ketu period, but it’s heartening to know she made it through that phase. Our 3 year old gives all that hope and energy we need.

Given her chart, with Venus as the 2nd and 9th lord in the 11th house, along with the Sun, it does suggest that things could eventually start to align. But her 11th lord moon is in 8th house of transformation.The 11th house, being the house of gains, networks, and social connections, combined with Venus, shows that she could have support from her social circles and financial benefits from her career in the long run. Venus’ role in her chart could definitely bring opportunities, especially as she moves forward.

Rahu-Venus period, can bring both challenges and opportunities. Since Venus is well-placed in her chart, it may help balance Rahu’s sometimes chaotic influence. The nakshatra lord defining the 10th house would be Mars who is well placed in the 2nd house in the Rasi chart and exalted in Dasamsa. But his moolatrikona house is Mesha which will be the 8th.
However, the given timing doesn't match for a child birth (it is mentioned as a 3 year old which implies birth in Rahu dasa-Mercury antara which are both in the 8th house in Saptamsa). The time around 8-40 am appears more likely (but this has to be properly got done following astrological procedures). In such a case Lagna changes to Leo and the 10th houselord becomes Venus. Upadte she did attend two interviews and she did not get offer from one and the other one job is very low park considering her experience. Will keep you posted

On 28th Feb 2025 she stumbled accidentally with old company owner all of sudden and during there conversation it came up owner was not aware of she was looking for a job. As led to send resume. Looks she will get back to work, her Ra- Venus period started from 21st Feb 25, does it indicate something good is about to happen

Early Childhood: My childhood was wonderful, and the home environment was so warm and nurturing that anyone would envy it.
1997-1999: A difficult time—I was unable to pass my 12th exam.
2003: Completed my Diploma.
2007: Earned my B.Tech degree and started my first job.
2008: Faced a challenging phase in life due to a breakup with my boyfriend. It was an emotionally low period, though my job was stable.
2010: Married my boyfriend and moved to a new city, leading to a career break.
Post-Marriage Challenges: Life changed drastically after marriage. From being a jolly, happy-go-lucky person, I became more serious. My core values shifted, and in the process, I lost my innocence and soft nature.
