I hope everyone is doing well. I will be 30-year-old (this year) and I am having genuine difficulty with starting my career.
Ever since my childhood, I had a passion for space-based telescopes and looking out in the stars. This dream motivated me to pursue higher studies and so in August 2019, I went abroad to pursue M.S. in applied mathematics to Netherlands from a top university.
This turned out to be a rude awakening. Almost instantly I started struggling financially, mentally (COVID, racism) and emotionally (failing exams, delays, constant fighting with parents). A lot of the things were new to me as well (different and fast education system) and it took me a long time to adapt to this. I did get mediocre/good results but only after lots of efforts and struggles.
I finally finished my Masters in May 2024 with a grade of 8 (delayed by 3 years but good grade). My supervisor was happy with my performance.
After finishing my Masters, I started looking for jobs (analytical) and PhD positions, but again from the past 6 months I am continuously facing rejection from companies. Demotivated by rejections, I enrolled for online courses in order to upskill myself. I ranked 1 in their exams. Yet, no improvement on the job front and still getting job rejections. I am currently working part time (no money) under a professor as a research assistant on his project.
I am genuinely bothered and emotional and I am starting to see my breaking point. I am putting 200% (continuously working day and night) and getting 0% return for anything. I have seen people (in my professional circle) stabilize their life for half the effort. I am also turning 30 and have no source of income. I don't know when things will improve for me or if it will improve.
To top everything off, I have Saturn Return + Moon Mahadasha/Saturn Antardasha + Sade Sati starting in May 2025(all at once). Don't know how to handle this as well.
So, I wanted to get some prediction for 2025 related to career. I have attached my birth details below. Any prediction/advice will be genuinely appreciated.

Certain aspects of your chart are unclear, making it difficult to verify. Could you explain the reason for the three-year delay before providing further comments? The Moon, as the Lagna Lord, in exchange with the 11th Lord Venus under the Nakshatra exchange may indicate distractions and difficulty focusing. The main causes of delay were lots of ups and down that were happening in my life and the fast study pace (2.5 month-based quarter system). I had a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering for my B.Tech, but the switch to Applied Mathematics was a very steep curve. However, the major delay was due to incompatible supervisor during my final project (started from September 2021). In my final project, I was isolated all the time. I did not meet my supervisor for 2-3 months and then only met for like 1 hour which was not sufficient. Also, COVID impacted me as I was not able to build a stable study circle(lockdown). As a result, I was also not able to discuss my problems with anyone.
While my supervisor looked interested in this project, he was not interested in helping me (only cared about results). Everything was needed to be done by me. As a result, it was very draining and caused a lot of delay.
On the domestic side, I was living in a housing where people had a dislike towards Indians. This also kept me on a backfoot. It was only after January 2023, I met a group of really good friends and finally managed to enjoy my university life.
After all this, I finally managed to complete everything by May 2024.
The current professor I am working under is really good (started working in November 2024). We almost talk on a daily basis, and he constantly motivates me to push forward. He even hosted me for dinner and was very cordial. The only problem is that he is going to retire from next year, so chances of me doing a PhD. under him is not possible. This is a source of conflict for me. I don't know if I should commit 100% towards the project or should I look for an actual job (which is also not going well at the moment). I plan to decide on this in the upcoming weeks.
From an astrological point of view, I felt like when Saturn was in Capricorn was very upsetting phase for me. Even when Saturn went retro in Aquarius, the old problems started to pop up (rejections/delays etc).

Current Antara of Jupiter/Guru-dev lasts until mid-May 2025. Thereafter, you'll start Saturn/Shani-dev return and Sade-Sathi or Saturn/Shani-dev's transit across natal placement of Moon/Chandra. Hence, my earlier suggestion.

I needed some suggestions. My mother's side has a family astrologer who recently consulted my chart related to career. He suggested me to wear the stone of ruby (associated with sun). His point of view was that there is lack of self-confidence (which I agree to some extent) and that will aid me. But from my amateur knowledge, I know that my sun is in 12th house, and I feel like things can go wrong.
I am doubtful, but I do respect the advice that was given to me, and I will follow through with it. I wanted to ask that are there any potential signs that can be observed (related to wearing a gemstone) in case things go wrong?

In my view you can wear Ruby but not required.
Instead, you should do peace making remedies for Ketu.
