My birth date : 01-Oct-1980, 10:42 am, Chinchwad, Pune, Maharashtra
My Husband birth date : 10-Sep-1980 - 10:45 am, Amednagar, Maharashtra

Marriage Date: 12-Feb-2012, Pune Maharashtra

from day 1 it was Unhappy marriage, but now i am really frustrated. From 4 years i am staying in different home with my daughter, which is just opposite to his house.

My husband is staying with his mom, he eats with his mom only. but he keeps coming to my house for our daughter.

from day 1 feel he had affair and sex relationship with other girls so he never take interest in me for anything, we go out sometimes just for dinner, there also no talks but always fights.

His mom and sister and sister's kids are always priority for him and they keep him brain washing

i am really seeking help, will our relationship improve as i am really not happy in continue or should i proceed with divorce.

You are currently in the midst of 8th & 11th lord Mercury/Budha Maha-Dasha (since September 2021). He is not a benefic - is placed in the 12th house and in Sukshma Parivarthana with Rahu, at Nakshatra level...clouding your common sense and intelligence. Rahu is not really comfortable being placed in the 9th house of Dharma/Bhagya-Sthana. Moon/Chandra, the 9th lord is neither happy nor comfortable being placed in the 8th house of Randra-Sthana. Both of Rahu and Moon/Chandra will be detrimental for related significances. Further, Moon/Chandra does not have much support on either side of the flanks, making you a bit of a indecisive person, with tentative and oscillating mind. You are also a bit of a lonesome person with very few friends and limited social life.

I'm inclined to think you were attracted by his charming outlook and/or personality and there was perhaps something unconventional about your marriage. But then, Mars/Kuja placed alongside Udaya Lagna would make him a bit of a short-tempered person.

He is currently (since 2018) in the midst of 3rd & 6th lord Jupiter/Guru-dev's Maha-Dasha. So, he is not a benefic and being placed in Badhaka-Sthana, while being conjunct a strongly placed Badha-Karaka and hence the situation.

The nakshatra lord of your spouse is U.Phalguni which is the 7th from your nakshatra Aridra. The 7th is called Vadha tara and not preferred in marriages.
Both of you are in the same nadi – Adi Nadi – which again is not preferred.
Your spouse chart:
a) Has 7th lord in the 12th
b) Has Stree dosha due to Rahu Venus combine.
c) Has the Navamsa 7th lord afflicted
d) Has the 8th lord in the 7th in Navamsa which again is not considered good especially when it is also aspected by Saturn.
Your chart:
a) Has the 8th lord in the 7th house in papakartari yoga and aspected by Ketu.
b) The Lagna lord of Navamsa and the 8th lord thereof is Venus. Venus is also the lord of your 22nd Drekkana and the 64th Navamsa from Moon. He is also the lord of the nakshatra signifying the 6th bhava.
c) You are currently in the dasa of the 8th and 11th lord.
The house of Sukha from marriage (4th from Lagna ) in the Navamsa chart is not strong in both charts.

The above are the incompatibilities I have observed in the charts. Your antardasa of Venus starting from 17th Feb 2025 does activate the houses needed for court cases and the 7th house. Similar houses are activated for him too. But whether to ahead or not should be decided after deep thinking, consulting elders and may be discussing with your spouse. No hurried action is suggested.

I am staying in different house from 21st May 2021.
Yes he has anger issues and he want to take revenge for every small thing.

There are issues in both the charts, as the promise for marriage is weak in both the charts. Actually there is no single chart, which has issues related to married life and the other doesn't has.
There are although some saving factors in D9, so with some remedies the marriage can be saved.
The wife needs remedies for Venus and the husband needs remedies for Mars.
