what is the name of the yoga when 7 planets are in kendras (incl rahu and ketu, excl mercury and moon) and saturn and jupiter are both exalted?
does this yoga have the same effect if it happens in the divisional charts?

Jupiter is in Virgo lagna with Saturn. Being a natural benefic and lord of 2 kendras it is said to give kendradhipati dosha. However, Jupiter is located in lagna which is a trikona. Therefore, the effect of this dosha is removed or at least reduced. In my opinion, Jupiter may not cause trouble because of its kendra lordship during its dasha.
However, Jupiter is in conjunction with natural malefic Saturn and aspected by another natural malefic Mars. These combinations may cause some troubles. Also, Jupiter (12deg 53min Virgo) is very close to Sauturn (12deg 10min Virgo). Here Saturn is victorious because of lesser deg-min. This may also cause some challenges during Jupiter dasha.

Saturn will not do good. But Jupiter will be very good as per your chart.
