Jupiter mahadasa is running now and the favorable time for marriage has started. You will be able to get married with in a year. If under any circumstances it didn't happen, then Mercury antherdasa will positively bring marriage.
Regarding children I need to know, the native is Male or Female ?

Current Maha-Dasha is that of Jupiter/Guru, who is placed in Mesha Rashi, the 6th house of Roga-Sthana and posited in the Lunar Constellation of Ashwini Nakshatra, ruled by Ketu. Incidentally, Ketu is conjunct Jupiter/Guru... who seems to be in Sandhi/Cusp, caught in transition and in Gandanta degree. So, I would be a bit skeptical.

I have already shared my observation. Please rest assured, I'm not disputing the favorable time you've called out for the marriage event to occur. But then, I'm inclined to think the event itself may not be simple and straight forward (if it does happen).
In other words, there will be challenges/hurdles (for the records, Maha-Dasha lord Jupiter/Guru is Vargottama, but is caught in the Rahu-Ketu axis, in Navamsa (D9) as well)... not to mention the quality and sustainability of relationship, in the aftermath. Vedic/Dharmic remedies would perhaps be beneficial.
