The timing is OK astrologically in both the charts. But in the female chart Mars and Saturn are both getting involved with both the 5th house and the 8th house. Also Jupiter is the karaka for progeny as also the rogakaraka for this chart and, being in the 5th house, results in karako bhava nashaaya. Also Moon who is also in the 5th house with Jupiter is in rogamsa in Navamsa. So proper care has to be taken during pregnancy.
It is also preferable to have a proper check up of the uterus before pregnancy.

No. Nothing serious that you should be unduly worried. The check up advise is only as a precaution.
