For inter caste marriage the 7th house / 7th lord or 5th house should be afflicted by Rahu/ Ketu. Your 7th lord is very well placed. While there are negatives in terms of Sun and Saturn, natural malefic aspecting 7th house in my opinion they indicate delay in marriage than inter caste marriage.

I am in a relationship, yes ra-mo-ve got me falling for someone again who seems to have the qualities you mentioned.
Do you see an inter caste marriage and opposition to marriage from families ? Any thoughts on how my spouse would look or career wise?
do you love music? Yes!
What is your profession? IT professional, but off late i hv developed interest in vedic science and psychology.

Are you a spendthrift? Not really a spendthrift but I like to buy luxury items, the one’s we can invest in and they’d last for long.

Yes, an inter caste marriage is possible, I can't be sure of his looks but you definitely want him to be taller and athletic, he could be from your profession also or from your office.
I'm not sure about family opposition. but looks like you will get married next year in any case.
