I believe you are referring to her early childhood until 2007?
She has had a very good, happy childhood. Good schooling, love of parents etc. But she had her own share of female insecurity about body image, some anxiety due to that. But overall it was a good period.
I feel her tob does not require any correction, when there is delay in marriage how can it occur earlier think over ? Further moon with sat will definitely delay marraige may be after 38 years

Given the details I am inclined to think 12.55 is the right time. Lagna lord in 12th made her move far away in the Sat-Sat period. I do not see qualities of Bhadra yoga based on your description of events. Her travel to India happened during Moon Ad, as 7th lord it could indicate travel.
With this in mind Ra/Ke occupying 1/7 indicate delay. 7th lord Moon is aspected by Malefic Sun, Mars and 6th lord of separation mercury. Upa pada Lagna is also afflicted by Sun, Mars and Mercury and with aspect of Saturn. 2nd from UL being aspected by jupiter is a positive. In D-9 7th house is occupied by Mars while 7th lord is in 8th house with Sa and Su. Again Jupiter aspect on 7th house in D-9 is positive
So if the time is 12.55, then even if marriage happens there would be lot of trouble. Given the doubt in timing I am relying in Chara Dasha, the current Dasha of Leo does activate DK Rahu. Either Scorpio AD in Aug 21 to Jul 22 or Capricorn AD in Jul 23 to Jul 24 can give marriage. Remedy for Ra/Ke and Mars are highly recommended. In addition Saturn and Sun also are secondary planets that can be considered for remedy, as these can help in improving the married life.

Thanks for your efforts Nimme. I have seen in this native's father' horoscope that Ketu Mahadasha was very successful for him. he also was born in Meena Rasi although lagna was venus. I hope that will rub on to daughter too.
