I am not liking the job and that is stressing me out.
Date of joining the job: 4-Feb-2019
Current career situation - I have been doing this job for around a year, however I hate going to the job because of the nature And my boss due to politics. Also my confidence level are going down. I don't feel working at all.
Reason for seeking a change - better pay, work life balance.
Should I quit the job and look for another one. Also with the current situation around, will I get a new one?
Or
Should I start a business of my own. If so, which one will succeed?

As per your analysis, yes I definitely got a job in Feb 2019. However I jumped into the offer because I had to start somewhere. I got a lower salary and low designation. But I am.stressed because of the bosses I am currently dealing with and do not feel like working with them.
Also I feel very low on confidence and demotivated to do any work.

I've spent some time to cast your birth chart and observe planetary positions. Below are some notes, that I think are relevant to your stated problem:
1. Udaya Lagna is in Sandhi/Cusp. Since it doesn't change until around 4 minutes, I've accepted/assumed and used the birth time provided.
2. You are currently running Maha-Dasha of Mercury/Budha, a top class malefic for the chart - lording 3rd and 6th houses.
3. A quick look in the Dasamsa chart shows an association of Mercury/Budha with Moon/Chandra, indicating your mind being at logger-heads with your intelligence.
4. Presence of Lagna lord (representing perhaps a hot headed and proud self) and 10th lord (Saturn/Shani-dev, representing your boss) in the 6th house of Roga-Sthana is not a good sign either. It does probably indicate the tussle/difference between self and boss. You are perhaps better considering options to work for yourself and be self-employed.

Incidentally, Antara of Lagna Lord Mars/Kuja (who is placed in his Neecha-Sthana or sign of debilitation in D-10 or Dasamsa has not helped) is about to end. Subsequently, you'll be starting Antara of Rahu, whose current/immediate transit will perhaps not be helpful.
