My dearest friend, a young boy of 22, has two career choices in front of him.
He comes from an Army family and his parents want him to pursue the same.
He is strong, very fit, sporty, but until recently reluctant to pursue career in Army.
Now he wants to try anyway. They are not very strong financially. He is doing MBA in sports now. He also pursuing CA Inter, for strengthening foundation in Accounting.

I AM VERY VERY VERY AFRAID TO LET HIM PURSUE HIS ARMY CAREER. He is a very young cheerful honest chap.

Unless I'm terribly mistaken, your friend seems to place lot of value on freedom, independence etc., in all aspects of his life. He probably likes to do things at his own pace and believes in long term planning and execution.
He probably likes to have a ‘space’ even in his personal relationships and do not like being forced into doing something - unless he is forced. When forced, his involvement might be half-hearted at best and might very well not be with positive motive/intent.
He has strong appealing personality, excellent communication skills and opportunities to succeed in foreign lands. Inherently he has sound business sense and will achieve success due to his good fortune/luck, hard work, social nature and flexible attitude. He probably exhibits a sense of sophistication in his mannerisms and carries himself with grace and poise. He probably has strong PR skills and would do well as a PR agent, salesmen or an entrepreneur.
The combined effect of Venus and Rahu probably makes the natives quite diplomatic and fond of making new connections and social contacts. Always eager and open to learn and try new things - quickly, strongly believe in refined social etiquette/behavior, highly confident, dexterous and possess many talents. Folks like him are very skillful, clever (shrewd is perhaps the right word) in business and are fond of travelling and meeting new people.
