Marriage Advice

We came across this proposal and he is residing abroad.Hence I thought of seeking advice based on his birth chart.I will be glad if you kindly advise regarding his profession and over all personality. Will he be a loyal and compassionate husband. His details dob-17'04.76,pob Madurai Tamilnadu, tob 17-42 pm.

Moon is not afflicted and moderately strong.
Lagna is aspected by 9th lord Venus.
5th house is aspected by the 8th lord mars (not much appreciated .)
Overall moral side looks good but speech behavior may be little rough .
Bhava chart indicate two marriages .Probably he has married earlier. You may inquire about that.
Professional status is very good.

Venus lord of 2nd and 9th is exalted in 7th house, unaspected by any other planet.
His aspecting lagna is good for wealth and profession.
In face he is quite strong in astavarga and very strong in shadbala, in fact strongest with high ista phala.
He is infact running 20 year sukra dasa from 2001 and 2021, I doubt why venus has not given marriage? Or may be he is married and the marriage was annulled or so?

Of course, there is a belief venus alone is not good and that too in kendras even when not in kendradipatyadosha even denies marriage or delays to a great extent.
But I have seen several exceptions.
One person with venus in 7th own house is very happily married already since 30 years.

Venus is in the nakshatra of Mercury who is fully eclipsed by Ketu. Sign dispositor of Venus is Jupiter who is also in Ketu's nakshatra. Lagna is also afflicted by Mars and Saturn with the Lagna lord in the 8th house. Lagna is itself in the nakshatra of Kuja who is the 8th lord. Not a good chart for marriage.

Thanks so much for your response. Since he is citizen of a country, we verified his records and found that he is unmarried. Does his chart indicate adultery ? Does his chart by any chance indicate older spouse.We are very much confused as to whether we can proceed further or not.

His chart does not indicate an elder spouse. His Moon has Kemdruma dosha which is cancelled. Moon is also neecha but with neecha bhanga. The current dasa of Venus is upto Jan next year. Thereafter, it is Sun's dasa who occupies a bhagyamsha in Navamsa. If charts are properly matched, can move forward if the girl is okay with the quality of his speech.

Thanks so much for the explanation. His speech is really terrible.Hence we are really concerned about the same. His temperamental personality is too baffling. How is his overall personality is he a sadist or cruel individual. Because earlier he seemed to be interested in my sister but suddenly his attitude has changed . Since this person is unknown to us I thought of seeking advice through his birth chart.

Cruel nature is not seen. However he may be leading an unplanned life .
