Hello respected members,
I had previously posted of my lost job which I lost on 23rd August 2019. Then, respected members had predicted I will get a job around 1st week of November which did happen, but again I bumped into problems with my team and as a result, I decided to leave my job just 8 days after joining it.
Why is this happening and when will this get over? Will I get a job soon because being on an international visa I only have 60 days to find a new job. I am also contemplating moving back to India amidst this chaos as I am very less motivated now after these events.

Lost job 2: 11/20/2019

Please reply. To give some more details, my education has been in the field of Statistics and Business Analytics. I joined my first job on 10/23/2015 in India. Left that job on 06/25/2016 for higher education. Started my degree overseas on 08/22/2016. Did an internship starting 06/05/2017 which ended on 12/08/2017. I graduated on 08/11/2018 and got a job on 12/17/2018 which ended on 08/23/2019. I again got a job on 11/11/2019 which ended in the following two weeks.
I know I have tremendous potential but I have not found a place where I can comfortably work for long durations of time. I always run into troubles with co-workers because I have a hard time being diplomatic. Will this trend continue? Do I need to change myself in some way or pacify some planet?
Please help.
