I have completed mechanical engineering 2006 ,it was a correspondence course recognised under ministry of human resource and development and took coaching from private institute for exams

Problem is the debilitated Sun in the 11th house which is influencing all other planets there negatively through combustion. Venus the 11th lord gets debilitated in Virgo in the nakshatra of Sun, exchanges places with Mercury who is 7th and 10th lord and thereby afflicts Mercury too.
Due to influence on Saturn & Sun on 7th lord Mercury, and also since this Saturn Sun combination is with Moon, this also delays marriage well beyond traditional age. That you are not married is also not surprising
