Doubt on Lagna and Career Opportunities

POB - Rentachintala Guntur Dt Andhra Pradesh
TOB - 6.25 (Sagittarius Lagna Changes to Capricorn in 6 minutes at 6.30 -6.32)

In 1985, it is very common to have 5-10 minutes of difference in noting the birth time as the only thing to note the time available in Radio in India. The TV was a luxury item then.

Anyways, my question is if my ascendant changes, the entire analysis goes wrong. So, I would want to know what is my correct DOB and LAGNA.

Some life events to help in determining the Lagna

1. First Job June 2007
2. Lost Father in January 2013
3. Lost Job in April 2013
4. Went to Foreign land for 2 months from June to August 2013
5. Got another job AFTER 1 year in April 2014
6. Married - INTERCAST - in August 2014
7. Girl Baby born in January 2016


Current Problem: Working as a Project Manager in IT. Looking for jobs outside. Got 4-5 offers, completed all formalities but NOT offer letter. Everything looks pretty fine till the final discussion but NOT getting the offers

Not a single one, there are multiple issues and I felt like some unknown force, RESTRICTING my growth. I am a good technical analyst of the stock market. Can predict the stock market price movements but if I trade, I would, in most cases, end up making looses

May I ask experts to do some analysis and enlighten me on the

1. Birth Time
2. Career Opportunities
3. Remedies

May I ask you for some remedies for financial stability and overall prosperity of life? If there is something that I should do to avoid unforeseen problems, I will definitely do it.

BTW, I got a job in another state in India (I am from Hyderabad). My LL Saturn (per Capricorn) Ascendant is in 12th house. Sagittarius.

But interestingly, if I take Sagittarius ascendant, my LL Guru is 12th house in Scorpio.
