Difficulty in child birth

Hello Sir,
Birth date:Apr 02 1979, birth time 11:30AM
I had lot of difficulties in conceiving and had a miscarriage and then delivered a baby. Just trying to understand the reason for the issues regarding conception from my planetary positions

The birth time and date is of female and the place of birth is chennai. We got married on 3rd june 2007.

My take on the delay due to child birth is as follows.
You might have conceived immediately after marraige and miscarriage occured pl.confirm if not give the year and month when miscarriage occured .
Coming to your birth chart 5th house is for child birth ,it is aspected by sat and mars ,so lot of delay plus miscarriages might occur .there is a delay due to sat as it aspects important houses for 5th .8th house in the female chart is of ovaries .krakaka of 8th house (means if we take 8th as focus ,eight from eight sun is the lord) and sun is positioned in sagg navamsa whose lord jup is aspecting 8th house malefically ,so some issues seen with regard to eight house. Was conception occured on or after 2017 march 12 and birth of child occured during the year 2018 .
