Right way to read these D-1 and D-9 placements?

Hello,

I am confused about placement of 7L in my D-1 chart as well as D-9 chart.

In my D-1 chart, Retrograde debilitated 7th lord Mercury ( Dhanu lagna ) is conjunct 6th & 11th L exalted Venus (DK) in Pisces. No other negative aspects on this combination. So my question is, whether it helps my 7L by getting neecha bhanga or hurts my 7th H as 7L is conjunct exalted 6th L? How to read these kind of conjunctions?

In my D-9 chart, venus (DK) is 7L ( scorpio lagna ) in 9th H of cancer with exalted Jupiter, moon, Saturn(AK) and Rahu. It is also aspected from 3rd H by exalted mars, ketu and sun. How to read this position?
