Not to contradict Shri Sujit who is a very experienced astrologer.
My analysis, subject to the condition that I am still a novice.
Mercury, the dispositor of Ra is aspected by Ju (R) in D1. That indicates that this loss, if it happens, will be for the better leading to bigger things to come. Can lead to foreign travels as well. Stressful till Nov 2019. After that career may be protected. Between Feb to April 2020, you will have an opportunity where you may be forced to take a leap of faith regarding a something bigger than current role.

Are you in any foreign country or out of your native state? I strongly believe that this Venus bukthi can be tough but it don't seem to affect your career. You do seem to continue working. There is a parivarthana between moon and mars.
A personal question, Are you married mam? If so, is it a late marriage? Asking it to understand the chart better and to learn even better.
