1. No he did not under go any surgery.

2. He is currently working abroad and it is government job.

3.Yes absolutely right. He is pursuing his masters now.

4. No problem with chest

5. No problem with his knees or legs.

6. Yes he changed job twice.

7. After the age of 23 he left his home and stayed in different place for professional reasons

8.He quit his job in India in 2011 and left abroad in 2012.

9.From 2012 he is residing abroad and he visits near by places there.
