why did i lose overseas job opportunity?

Hi Learned Astrologer,

i had got overseas job opportunity in Jan 2018, my employment visa/work permit was received on 6th march 2018 and my flight was booked for 29th March 2018 but due to some major unavoidable situation popped up suddenly on 9th March 2018 and i had to cancel the plan at the last moment - 15th March 2018. It was really a good opportunity and would have given me a good career in future but i lost the opportunity.

I was under peak sadi-sati and lost lot of money due to unnecessary expenses too since start of sadi-sati.

why did it happen to me?
