If amatyakaraka is exalted in D9 ...does that mean you will prosper career wise post marriage?

It depends on various factors, such as are you using Parashara navamsa, Krishnamishras navamasa. Generally if a planet is in a good navamsa of a friend or exalted that planet will flourish. If AmK is in a good amsa it will flourish. These are generally dealings, and post marriage is another deal altogether.

Now Broadly yes, if you follow certain scholars. But other details gave to be seen.
