When will I start living in my own home?

Request all the knowledgeable gurus to reflect on my query.

This query is about when will I start living in my own home. I have been living as a tenant for more than 15 years and getting very restless now about my home.

I have purchased two apartments till now which were under construction at the time of purchase.
1st : Mar-2013 ( Received possession in Jul-2015, Location is far so not living there currently )
2nd : Apr-2017 ( Not received possession yet, Location is very near so the plan is to live in this one )

TOB : 10:30 AM
POB : Samrala, Punjab, India

Q. When will I get possession of 2nd apartment and will start living there?
