Are you sure your bro was born around midnight on 22nd July, not 23rd July? I'm asking this because he was born at 1.10 am (Monday) and it should be considered the next day. His ascendant is at 28 deg Aries and the ascendant will change after 6 mins 42 secs. Just wanted to make sure.

Yes his ascendant is Aries and Moon sign is Libra.
