I have one doubt,suppose if mars in 12th house that is cancer for leo ascendant,how its debility can be removed,whether the following ways is true or not,plz suggest me

Suppose if mars is placed along with jupiter in 12th house cancer
And moon is in 9th house and making a parivartan yoga(maybe dainya) with mars
And Saturn in 6th house aspecting mars'
And finally mars is in own house in navamsa.

Whether the above ways cause neechabhanga or neechabhanga raja yoga,if so can u tell me the percentage of debility gets cancelled

Almost 90% of Mars' debilitation has been cancelled, and turned into NBRY (neechabhanga raja yoga)

But, if there is any link to 8th house significators, then, Raja Yoga would become weak.
As you said, there is a conjunction with Jupiter, it would happen.

Mercury is debilated in Pisces and the Mercury itself is the lord of exaltation house(Virgo) of debilated planet.

see the degrees of both planets and check whether jupiter is aspecting mercury or not.
if jupiter aspects, then, it would be beneficial to neecha banga,
mars conjunction can not do neecha banga.

it affects spouse matters more, when venus owns 7th house in navamsa. example scorpio asc in d9.
but in rasi chart venus is owner of 7th house. this also slightly affects spouse matters. benefics connection to 7th house in d1, d9 gives good effects. debilitation shows low grade/status, unless there is a cancellation support from other planets.

though saturn aspect on 9th house owner shows some inconvenience in father-son relation, must not assess relations only by way of 3 to 4 planets placements like this. placements of venus, mercury, ketu, sun also influence this relation.

In the case of Navamsa chart , will there be any cancellation of Venus debilitation, if Mercury is at trine from the ascendant? Venus is deblitated in the 7th house for Pisces ascendant and Mercury is in Scorpio with Saturn.

Moon is in Cancer, which is 5th house from Ascendant.
Sun is in Pisces ,Jupiter is in Leo, Rahu in Aries and Mars in sagittarius.

Parivartana yoga between Sun and Jupiter is seen.
Will this act as Jupiter being in Pisces and thereby giving aspect to Venus ?

Is it in any dasha/antardasha right after age 35/36, or in the dasha/antardasha of Venus/Mercury, or in the dasha/antardasha of the planet in the star of Venus/Mercury? Is there any cancellation to NBRY here?

nbry is not cancelled here.
nbry can come during dasha/antardasha of Venus/Mercury, or in the dasha/antardasha of the planet in the star of Venus/Mercury.
