Does mars with ketu cancel ruchaka yoga?

yes it was destroyed very potentially both in D1-D9.In D1 ketu spoiled the R. yoga and in D9 mars itself spoiled the R. yoga.

In d9 chart atma karaka in 1st house and ketu in 12th.

ohm-It gives authoritative professions in LAW,CBI,FORENSIC,post mortem, order,defence,prison fields.so if it is in law means a polite way of dealing and in order-defence aggressive,ferocious and cruel nature.THis traits are at professional level only and not in his daily /family relationships.Its all depends on the strength of this yoga in D1-D9-D10 charts.If ruchaka yoga is powerless means one can be a butcher or Thalari[who hangs or cutting the heads of prisoners/criminals.].

@joyd sir, mars and ketu conjuction destroys ruchaka yoga, as u stated..what happens for mars and rahu conjuction? Does rahu also destroy this yoga or further enhance it?

Rahu has no place in maha purusha yoga bhanga scheme.But always remember when ketu having aspects[both jaimini-parashar's]on such mars also destroy the yoga.
