Need help. Facing very difficult situation.

Currently I am facing major dilemma regarding my career.
I was working with an automobile MNC from may-15 to may-17 as a Management trainee (Manufacturing profile). Due to some reason I couldn’t get confirmed.
Then after discussion with my family I decided to prepare for Civil services(UPSC) & I went to delhi. I could not clear jun-18 exam & I came back home in Dec-18 & started searching for jobs but I was unable to get interview calls (may due to 1.5 year gap in career).
The only call I got was in 1st week of march but job profile (BPO) is very basic & irrelevant as per my job experience. I joined this company last week as I was jobless but I am not at all satisfied with my current job ( no growth prospects as well). Everyday I get feeling that I should quit.

Questions
Will I get good opportunities if I quit this job?
Can I start something on my own? If yes then what kind of business (manufacturing, brewery or anything else) & what will be the good time to start?
Any success in share market trading & research?
any chances to go to abroad for job or study?

Additional information.
My father started a partnership (construction firm) with my name in 2010. Father’s friend was partner of me in the firm. My father & partner used to make decisions (I was there just for signature).We completed 2-3 projects. In 2014 my partner died. Currently we are facing civil court cases from some external members. Our entire capital is locked in 2 pending projects.
When will this situation get resolved?
Can I expect positive results?


Right now I am facing multiple issues on different fronts like family, relationship etc. & I am very stressed.
I think good career can be a way out for me but I am struggling to find a way.
Please provide me some insights
