Combusted LL dasha!!

Hi all,

I have a small doubt. If a lagna lord is combusted and sitting in 8th house with malefics, whether its MD gives life threat? What if such conditions come in one of its AD such as marakas' antardasha etc?

Planets in 8th house show long life. But combustion doesn't support health and life span.
First, calculate the chart longevity. If it is more, then except threat, this MD can not do any.
example - if longevity of native is 78, then during a maraka MD which is running at age 43,
can not give maraka except some ailments. During another maraka significator's MD, which runs at the age of 78, maraka comes.

What if such conditions come in one of its AD such as marakas' antardasha etc?

Maraka happens only when MD accepts/signifies.
Without MD's signification, single AD signification can not give maraka.

Sir but the MD is not maraka mahadasha its Lagna lord mahadasha. My only doubt is if the laga lord is combusted and placed in 8th house along with a malefic or a maraka, does it give an opportunity for the maraka lord to give a life threat in its Antardasha. Whether combusted lagna lord has the ability to safeguard the person in its weak MD against a stronger lords AD

For eg: I am a virgo ascendent my Me is combusted and placed in 8th house along with exalted Sun and Ketu. Now i am undergoing Me MD Me AD. My next AD is ketu. During the Ketu AD transit chart shows Ketu sitting in 4th house along with Maraka Ju in transit. In such a situation does it create any trouble even though its a Lagna lord Mahadasha ?

we have to take planets house positions by bhava chart, not by sign chart.
owning lagna is one signification for mercury.
check mercury's all other significations, and Ketu significations
study mercury and ketu star dispositors placements
Transit can not create troubles, unless MD and AD signify same.

Thanks for your response. I am a beginner in astrology trying to analyse my own chart. My only doubt is whether LL can cause maraka in its Dasha just because it is weak and associated with malefics. In my chart Me is lord of 10th house and lagna lord (virgo ascendant) sitting in 8th Bhava in Ketu Nakshatra along with Sun and Ketu. Here Sun is exalted but lord of 12th house sitting in 8th bhava in Ketu nakshatra. 8th lord Mars is in 11th Bhava cancer (deb) but exalted in navamsa. My 7th lord Jupiter badhaka and maraka sitting in 3rd Bhava aspecting 7th Bhava. Currently iam undergoing Me MD Me AD. My Ke AD starts next year.(My maraka Dasha Jupiter came in childhood and 2nd Lord Ve MD starts in my late 40s)

If LL lord is placed in 8th house of longetivity, inheritance,occult knowledge,accidents,sudden transformation,obstacles and if it is well placed and strong, native will have a long life may be a tough one full of obstacles/accidents. Native may have occult knowledge also.

How is Mercury signifying 3,8 houses. And one more clarification. How to come to a conclusion regarding who is maraka in a chart? For eg. in my chart, Ju is 7th lord in 3rd house in MKS position. Further its shadbala is the lowest. Similarly Ve is 2nd lord in 7th house(Strong reason to be a maraka). However, he is also lord of 9th house. Can a trine lord become maraka in this case. If not is there any other planet that qualifies as maraka. Eg. Sun which is 12th lord exalted in 8th house aspecting 2nd house. or Ketu sitting in 8th house in own nakshatra aspecting 2nd house?

How is Mercury signifying 3,8 houses.

ketu shares ownership of aries, scorpio with mars. so ketu also owns 3,8.
mercury is in ketu star. so, mercury signifies 3,8.
next, ketu is also in 8 in own star, so ketu signifies 8.
8th house signification is not a bad one, and it is not a maraka place.
8th house is longevity. 12th from 8th is 7th house. so 7th house is maraka place.

venus, 9th lord, aspecting lagna, and no malefic planet aspecting lagna. this ensures a life span of minimum 100 years or beyond. but, lagna lord is combusted, many planets signifying badhaka house, 8th lord debilitation, etc factors can reduce at least 30 years from life span.

any planet regardless of trine ownership, if signifies the maraka house, can become a maraka.
venus is in star of jupiter, so venus has maraka powers.
