Are you sure your birth time is correct? 12 PM seems kind of unlikely.
Assuming if your BT is correct, IMO, the problem could be Mercury sitting in 10th house. Mercury/Saturn are the Karaka for 10th House. Mercury in 10th may indicate Karako Bhava Nashya while Saturn is hidden in 8th.
You do not seem to have had a great education or lucrative degree that gives job easily. Is it so?
Did your problems start in middle of 2010?
Ketu -Rahu sits on 4-10 axis? How was your parental influence? Was Father more prominent/nurturing than mother or could be entirely absent physically/emotionally!
