No need of any Gemstones. Pls pray to lord Shiva daily and offer water and milk. Do the Pradosh Vart.
Pls tell your father in law to do the Shradha of their forefathers on every year, during Shardh Paksha if they are not doing it.

for female children is being seen from 11th house ( but traditional astrologers take 5th as children house) 11th house is aspected by mars and rahu ,so miscarraiges occured. further the current antardasa venus which is running from feb 2017 is with mars sixth lord ,so difficulties in child birth .as such there is difficulties in child issues even if you go for ivf.

your 11th house (i will see child birth from 11th house instead of 5th for females) so i dont want any argument or discussions on that, is effected by mars 6th lord by aspect and by rahu ,so lot lot of difficulty in child birth.current antardasa from 2017 feb is venus not good for child issues .so miscarraiges occured.
