Mars in Cancer and Moon in Scorpio

Dear forum members,
Can somebody give me more insights into the position of Moon in Anuradha (Scorpio) and Mars in Ashlesha (Cancer). I am Tula Lagna and in navamsa my Lagna is Aries (my Mars is in 12th and Moon is conjunct with Ketu in 8th house in Navamsa). I am interested in this position since both planets seem to be debilitated. What does that mean for my chart overall. What does it mean if your 2nd, 7th and 10th lords are debilitated? I would be happy if you could share some knowladge with me.
