When will this person get married? Why such a long delay?

There is delay due to jup and sat .further sat which is the lord 9th house( next generation house) has gone to 8th from its own house ,so it has spoiled 2nd house(family) 9th house and also 7th house ( house of marraige) in addition to this moon is with sat so it will delay very much .so marraige can occur only after 40 years .if any it is there .mars lord of 6th house is aspecting 7th lord which is also a hindarance .there is delay .there is a chance before 2019 may ,if it misses then only after 2021 nov

We thought Poorva Phalguni Kanya Girl and Ardra Boy would match well. Can you please explain why the charts dont match?

Already the girl has spent her entire life in education and reach a great position in professional front and a decent job profile and denies all matches as most of them are not even close to her qualification and we thought that match would do.

So please let us know what would happen if we match these charts together and what to expect?
Will the marriage itself not happen or will it lead to scores of issues post marriage?
