Did my Debilitated Mars get cancelled due to Neech bhang Raja Yoga?

I am a Libra ascendant and debilitated mars is in placed in 10th house (kendra house) and lord of 10th house, moon is placed in exalted position in Taurus (8th house). Does it mean the debilitation of Mars is cancelled due to Neech bhang Raja Yoga? And how does it affect the aspects of 'debilitated mars' on my ascendant (4th position from Mars) and 5th house (8th position from Mars)?

Hi, Even I was born with mars Venus conjunct in cancer 10th house. Moon in virgo 12th house. What has mars Venus done for you. I mean career wise, or marital life. would love to learn your experiences.Thanks
