7th lord position & impact

7th lord is most important for marriage life...It's position is very important in the chart.

In my chart it place in 6th house with ketu.
My 7th lord is Jupiter and it is not friendly with 1st house lord mercury.

My marriage life is not stable and lot of disturbance is going on.

There are other factors as well in your chart in addition to the placement of Jupiter. There is impact of Mars as well which adds to the over all affliction of the 07th house, and the debilitation of Venus in natal chart along with the malefic Mars is adding fuel to the fire. Court cases going on since last 3 years.
My all efforts are wasted to come back my wife at my home.
I did lot of efforts because we have small baby.
But finally she did not want to come and it is proved in court.

So now my lawyer suggest me to file divorce case.
We are separated from last 4 years and there is no hope for reunion.

My wife details: 2.2.86, 13:10 pm, valsad (gujarat)

Her chart also shows seperation. And both charts together show a lot of court visits. Keep the divorce terms mutual as possible else the court battle can stretch long as immediate dasha period doesn't indicate it fruitiying. This may take some time.

There are positive as well as negative afflictions in both yours as well as your wife's chart if we talk about the child. your chart - 5th lord Venus is debilitated in rashi but exalted in navamsha so not falling very weak however it is placed in 12th from its own house, being in 4th house. Indicating a loss there. The saptamsa also doesnt throw out any strong positives as Venus is placed in a enemy amsa which is the 6th lord as well.

your wife's chart on the other hand: 5th lord mercury in 9th house in friendly house. it does have an affliction in conjunction with Venus being the 6th lord. however, from bhavat bhavam concept, it does uplift the house strength as its placed in 5th from 5th house. In saptamsha, mercury is again in a friendly amsa, the 5th lord of saptamsa is also in friendly amsa.

Considering all these and dasha that you both are undergoing, there's a strong possibility that your wife will win the custody of the son.

having said that, i would advise that this be consulted through the prashna marga as such yes / no questions are better addressed through prashna kundli.

I regularly visit ganesh temple on Tuesday....Shani and hanumanji temple on Saturday....Since last 8 years regularly.

I weared yellow topaz ring for Jupiter for 6 years as per suggestions of astrologer of my area. Then after all this happens and he said to remove the ring. I had removed the ring from last 2 years.

So, is it ok or i should continue wearing yellow topaz to strengthen Jupiter.

Bcz i read on some where that Jupiter is natural beneficiary planet....But he is enemy to mercury..So for Gemini ascendant mercury and Jupiter has kendradhipati disha...But when he sit in 6th this disha nullify and help Gemini ascendant.

Due to Jupiter placement in 6th house native enemies can not win over him....And I experienced this in my life....I faced lot of problems since last 12 years but safely came out from them...My enemies tried to saviour harm to me but they did not.

Along with Jupiter my letu is also placed in 6th house...And it also help me against enemies.

Please share your suggestions and view on this concept...Can I wear yellow topaz again or wear other gemstone or not wear anything..?

Kendradipatya dosha doesnt apply here as jupiter is not in kendra. also, i am not a follower on the gemstones aspect of remedies, purely because authentic gemstones in the right physical attributes to be worn are hard to find.

i would advise you to continue visiting the temples as you are currently doing, ganesh is the one vignaharta, he will clear all obstacles that you face.

Also, for jupiter, you may consider reciting the jupiter navgraha strotra, have reproduced the same below:

देवानांच ऋषीनांच गुरुं कांचन सन्निभम् I
बुद्धिभूतं त्रिलोकेशं तं नमामि बृहस्पतिम्

you may recite this daily, start this on a Thursday during the Guru Hora. Tomorrow being a thursday, you can start this tomorrow onwards, preferrably in the morning guru hora : timing is between 06.46 to 07.41 am.

I am also not believe in gemstone therapy....And our Holly shashtra also not suggest any gemstones as remedies.

I had done fast on Thursday and Saturday as per advice from some astrologer of my area....But I got adverse effect on my health....May be it is due to Jupiter is natak for me.

But, i will do this mantra from tomorrow....Hope it will cure positively.....

Currently i had started apply water on shivling in morning from last 1 month.

I also weared bannalinga (Holly stone got from Narmada river) in my hand from last 3 years....It beneficial for different 7 chakras of body....It activate and balance kundalini energy....Also protect from evil eyes and black magic.

The mantra should give relieve some of the challenges that will rise, in my experience, a very strong indication of the strotra working is shown in an immediate period itself, if the recitation is being done properly and begun in the proper hora, there would be somethings which would happen which takes us towards the goal in due course of time.

Strotras are in my opinion the best remedies from an astrological perspective, followed by service and donation.

You should also continue the offering of shivling, that is helpful too. Tough times call for tougher measures is what i would say, but yes, times change and everything that happens is always for the good and as per our destiny.
