Isn't Saturn known to be a slow giver planet for any result? Saturn is malefic for mesh lagna. So if it's exalted, posited in 07th, aspecting lagna and malefic, and at the same time, mercury being a highly malefic for this lagna in lagna and aspecting 07th house, doesn't this indicate the delay or unfruitfulness of marriage?

Saturn is not malefic for Aries people. Its exalted status gives more strength. Mercury is malefic will bring stress but not enough to cause harm.
