for govt. job, look for the planets which connect
11th house to 2nd house
10th house to 2nd and/or 6th house
optional - links of Sun or Ketu or Mars or Moon

These planets would become job significators
Select an appropriate dasa for the above

for transit
search the ephemeris (gochar) when the selected dasa planets travel in zodiac zones ruled by planets which signify the job. It means transit agrees when the job significators travel the zodiac zones ruled by themselves.

Sir, I'm preparing for competitive exams . On which exam should I focus more bank exams or state psc? As per astrology which is more suitable for me?

You should focus on banking exams as 2H is under the influence of Jupiter[5L] and Venus[10L].You will be selected in some competitive exam after 22nd September 2018. Good luck.

Thank you sir, I have one doubt regarding my chart. Ketu is in 10th house and 10th lord venus is in 8th house in retrograde mode. And currently I'm undergoing ketu-venus dasa, how will it affect me? Will i be able to succeed in career?

See the Rajyoga in 2-8 axis 5L[Jupiter] aspecting the 10L[Venus]. Yes you will be successful.
