When will I get a job?

Hello

Would someone please be kind enough to tell me when I can get a government job? I have am currently not able to study at all. It feels like I'm stuck. It's very demotivating to not be able to focus on my studies. I used to be a topper in my school but since 2013, I have been constantly underperforming in academics. How and when can I get back to doing well in my studies?
Any help would be highly appreciated.
