Premature birth ( When to take birth time?)

Can you please help clarify a doubt on premature birth?
Today my sis has given birth to a premature child (34 weeks) in Delhi @ 2:43pm. May I know if the birth time would be taken as it is or it should be post the child is off the incubator ( after couple of weeks).

Also, any comments on the Mars(Vakri) + Ketu + Moon combination in 3rd house?

We have to consider first breath in any kind of case. So, here 2.43 pm is the birth time.

Also, any comments on the Mars(Vakri) + Ketu + Moon combination in 3rd house?

3rd house is for lungs and behavior.

in 34, 35, 36 weeks, lungs would develop in babies.

Premature babies often have breathing problems because their lungs will not fully be developed. Sometimes full-term babies also can develop breathing problems due to complications in delivery and infections. Some long-term disabilities caused by premature birth include behavior problems, anxiety, neurological disorders etc.

Moon is the in-charge planet of babies. Because, Moon is closely related to delivery process.
Moon must have good house links (1H, 5H) or must be protected by benefics or
at least in form of subh-argala.

Anyhow malefics in 3rd house is a good feature. But, lagna is also to be checked.

Thank you Sir. May I know if there is a way to check and confirm lagna since I see it changes within seconds of the recorded time. For a child , how can we determine the correct lagna between scorpio and sag?

There are methods to birthtime rectification.
Pre natal system, RP system, panch bhut tatwa, etc.
